The Challenge: How do we make it easier for SMEs to grasp the functions of a new tool while simultaneously allowing their leadership to quickly update the information when needed?
The Solution: I channeled the simplified Articulate Storyline functionality that Microsoft PowerPoint allows and I made a slideshow that appears more like a product demo. SMEs could interact with it and leadership could entrust it a member of their department to edit, without needing to acquire additional software licenses.
