The Challenge: How do we quickly get new instructional designers up to speed on completing technical tasks for tests and quizzes in an LMS?
The Solution: I coupled existing vendor-provided information with custom content and devised brief activities that would both give the new designers experience with successfully completing common test-related tasks, as well as serve as quick references steps as they acquainted themselves with test creation and editing tasks.
